Our consultants, advisors and executives-in-residence represent the best in class of their respective industries, with pedigrees surpassed only by their personal commitment to the sustained growth and success of the Indigo clients they serve.

Craig Snyder, President and CEO

Craig Snyder,
President and CEO

Indigo Global’s President and CEO, Craig Snyder, is a veteran political and corporate consultant, nationally leading federal government relations expert, former Chief of Staff to United States Senator Arlen Specter, GOP nominee for Congress, a founder and Managing Partner of Ikon Public Affairs, and most recently President and CEO of the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia.

Snyder’s initial Indigo client projects include Advaite (regarding its COVID-19 Rapid Response Diagnostic Test), Fight for Earth (a Super PAC devoted to ending climate denialism in Congress), The Whole Truth Fund (for which Snyder serves as Executive Producer of the national public television series, The Whole Truth with David Eisenhower), Satell Institute for Corporate Social Responsibility (where Snyder is an Executive Committee Member, working on national expansion), the Autism Policy Reform Coaltion (for which Snyder lobbies on federal autism legislation) and the Raju Foundation (where Snyder is Vice Chair and Curator of Programming).

Ajay Raju, Founder and Chairman

Ajay Raju,
Founder and Chairman

Ajay founded Indigo Global, initially, to support his vision of being a “counsel” to his law firm clients, establishing a platform that delivers strategic and customized solutions that are outside the capacity of a law firm. This counsel model has been at the core of the growth of Ajay’s globally-recognized legal practice, located within Raju LLP, where he serves as Chairman and CEO.

In implementing his counsel model and delivering services that extend beyond just legal guidance, Ajay routinely embeds or physically co-locates himself or a colleague within the client to evaluate problems, identify opportunities, and craft bespoke solutions. Even amid successes, Ajay’s embedded work revealed to him the limits of the counsel model without having proprietary ownership of platforms—beyond just a law firm—that could be readily deployed for the benefit of his clients.

Ajay and his Indigo partners have since developed a number of proprietary platforms that make up an enhanced ecosystem of counsel. These platforms operate in a variety of industries, including venture capital where Ajay serves as a partner of three funds—215 Capital, Togo Ventures, and Backswing Ventures. Each of the funds has a particular investment focus on companies in the seed, pre-series and Series A stages of their growth cycles, but are more diverse in their sector focuses from software-as-a-service to med-tech to agnostic. Each platform is led and operated by individuals who are recognized global leaders in their specialized fields, including finance, private equity, public relations, and multimedia communications. Indigo Global is the nucleus of these proprietary platforms, which are available to serve Indigo Global’s clients.

In addition to Ajay’s for-profit ventures, he, along with his wife Pamela, also serve the philanthropic interests of the Greater Philadelphia region, through The Pamela and Ajay Raju Foundation, as reform activists and social entrepreneurs. Over the years, the Foundation has developed, incubated and managed a number of initiatives including two leadership-focused programs, the Germination Project and the Ten, as well as a solutions-based journalism project, The Philadelphia Citizen.

Ajay is also a sought-after thought leader, serving as the host of Overheard at Tredici, a peer-to-peer television show for 6ABC, as a regular panelist on Inside Story, a Sunday-morning news and roundtable debate show which airs throughout the Greater Philadelphia market, and as an author for the Philadelphia Citizen. Ajay also serves his community as a board member for the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Philadelphia Orchestra, the Cultural Cabinet of the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance, the Chairman’s Council for the Philadelphia Zoo, the President’s Council for Temple University, and the Research Council at Penn Medicine.
