Kit is a Philadelphia-based entrepreneur. He previously founded Trialspark, a company focused on reinventing clinical trials. Based upon that experience in building technology to increase access to research, Kit is interested in tech-enabled solutions that increase access to healthcare among underserved populations. He completed his B.A. at Cornell and his Master's at Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar.

Michael Connery is an attorney and legal consultant with over 35 years as lead counsel in litigation, cases tried, coverage analysis and advice, National Coordinating Counsel, and Settlement Counsel.

The bedrock of his experience is comprised of litigating complex cases and numerous trials and providing coverage advice and counsel to leading carriers and companies.

Ha has managed over 150 lawyers as chair of a national litigation department and has been a National Coordinating Counsel for 25 years and has managed and settled thousands of matters and directed a national network of outside law firms.

On the defense side, in the role of Settlement Counsel, Indigo’s goal is to offer the defendant a way to end risk, efficiently and with considerable value in savings and settlement costs. In the past 13 years, Connery has resolved matters with cumulative tens of billions of dollars in potential liability and has helped recover for clients over 800 million dollars while saving them tens of millions in fees.

Ravi Rajan, MD is a practicing urologist who has been recognized as a top doc for many years. A passion for providing his patients the best care has driven his interest in medical technology. He now advises and invests in medical start ups and also provides advise to investment banks.

Dr Rajan serves on many boards including the Board of Visitors for Temple University Public Health, the Germination Project, and President of the Princeton Physician Organization, the largest physician organization in New Jersey.

Bill brings an extensive leadership background in both the public and private sectors. He was appointed as Chair of the Philadelphia School Reform Commission by Governor Tom Corbett in January 2014 and served on the Commission until June 2018 when the SRC returned local control of the district to Philadelphia with a $350,000,000 surplus. Immediately prior to his appointment he served as Philadelphia City Councilman At-Large from 2008-2014 achieving the highest vote total citywide in his two elections to that office. Bill focused his work in City Council on fiscal discipline, government accountability, the application of technology, and improving the quality of life for city residents. He is responsible for transforming the Philadelphia’s business tax structure to eliminate business tax on carried interest for investment fund general partners making it possible for them to headquarter in the City.

Bill Green was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Homestead Strategic Holdings, Inc. effective May 1, 2018. He previously had served Homestead as Chief Legal Officer, Founder and Director since 2015.

Before attending Auburn University, Summa Cum Laude, Bill traded options and futures in New York, London, and Amsterdam. Bill attended law school at the University of Pennsylvania. In the years since, he has founded and sold several businesses, represented top Fortune 500 companies, served as President of VistaScape Security Systems and worked as a corporate and securities attorney at firms such as Dechert, Fried Frank and Duane Morris in his 30 year career. Bill has lived and worked in Atlanta, Amsterdam, London, Philadelphia and New York.

Bill has served on the Board of Directors of numerous institutions and private companies. He is currently a Board Member for Homestead Strategic Holdings, Inc., Homestead Insurance Company, and Indecs Corporation. Bill is a past Board member of Rosemont College, and The Historical Society of Pennsylvania, The Art Museum of Philadelphia, Council Representative, the Criminal Justice Advisory Board, Secretary and VistaScape Security Systems, Inc. In 2008, Philadelphia Magazine named Bill “Best New City Council Member.”

Rajiv Savara, a Chartered Accountant by profession, has over three decades of hands-on experience in the field of Oil & Gas as well as the Marine Industries. In 1989, Rajiv co-founded G&T Resources Worldwide, the flagship entity if the G&T Group supplying equipment and services to the Oil & Natural Gas, Marine, and Clean Energy Sectors. Ever since then, Rajiv has played a significant role in the formation and success of G&T Oilfield & Offshore Services Pvt Ltd and G&T Total Energy Services Pvt. Ltd. amongst many other ventures in India and G&T Resources (Europe) Ltd in the United Kingdom.

In the Oil & Gas, Marine, and Clean Energy Industry, Rajiv has led and is responsible for many firsts - be it in the introduction of technologies or competencies or in pulling-off a strategic alliance and securing contracts. Some of the remarkable firsts under Rajiv’s stewardship have been highlighted below:

· Making available Conversion Kits for Automobiles in India to allow the use of alternative clean fuels like CNG and Propane at a time when the Industry was not even gearing for alternate fuels

· Establishment of the first privately owned Retail Energy Dispensing through the setting-up of three Super Gas Automotive Propane Dispensing Stations in Delhi in the year 2000 by and through G&T-SHV Energy Distribution Company Ltd., (equity-based JV with SHV Energy NV - The Netherlands, a Fortune 500 Company and the largest trader of Gas in the world). This was done under the directives of the Supreme Court of India in a public interest litigation spearheaded by Mr. M.C. Mehta, the renowned Environmental Lawyer

· Strategic Alliance forged with John Brown Engineering Ltd. – Scotland (Kvaerner Energy Ltd. – Scotland) for bidding, securing, and providing execution support on the then-largest value offshore equipment refurbishment contract, awarded on a turnkey basis, for the Revamp / Refurbishment of 2 x LM 2500 Turbines in Mumbai Offshore.

· Secured and successfully executed the very first contract in the Indian subcontinent for carrying out, on an In-Situ basis, the Repairs / Refurbishment of the two Patriot Make Kingpost Type Offshore Deck Cranes installed in ONGC’s Oil Platform in Mumbai Offshore.

· Secured and successfully executed possibly the largest number of Offshore Deck Crane In-Situ Repair / Refurbishment Projects

· Strategic Alliance with Noordhoek Offshore BV - The Netherlands, for carrying-out of underwater repairs of Offshore Platforms using the Wet Welding Methodology. Subsequently, a contract was secured from ONGC and thereafter, successfully executed for carrying-out underwater repairs to structural members of Offshore Platforms in the Mumbai High Field, the very first-time such underwater repairs were carried out in the Indian sub-continent using wet-welding.
